Our Top 5 Tips for Stepping out of your comfort zone

Become a better you, by taking small steps daily, to acheive big goals.

The brain doesn't like to change when it is in its comfort zone, going out of your comfort zone from time to time helps improve your focus, creativity, pace, and drive, as well as your ability to deal with life stress when unexpected events occur. Each step you take is a step towards your goal. Take small steps in changing your habits and achieve greater than you imagined!

Step out of your comfort zone and start transitioning into your growth zone!


Tip #1 - Change your mindset, believe that you can and you will!


Right now, you might be living with a fixed mindset—you believe that your qualities are set in stone and thus, you cannot change. You need to let that idea go. Think of yourself as having the ability to change and expand, to be able to improve when you keep trying.


Tip #2 - Self Reflection


We are able to observe and analyze our own cognitive, emotional, and behavioural processes through self-reflection. By deliberately paying attention to yourself, you are able to accept and make changes that you might not have before.

Tip #3 - My own personal experience

The tip that helped me best was "self-talk", a method in which you train your brain to turn negative thoughts into positive thoughts.


Since starting my own journey into self-reflection, I have overcome things I never thought I would. I, now, run a successful business after years of not trying hard enough and not believing in myself. After all, no-ones coming to tell you to get up off your backside and get going! Only you can do that.


Tip #4 - Make goals!


It's all about the goals hun!


Create small achievable goals to work towards, it could be anything like waking up at the same time every day (a habit I'm yet to conquer!) or no takeaways for a month. Whatever helps YOU is all that matters here.


Tip #5 - Love yourself first


Learn to love yourself for who you are and up the self-care in your life! Spend quality time, with yourself, soak in a candlelit bubble bath, read a book, go for a walk in nature, cook a wholesome meal, the list is endless but when you start caring for your body and mind, your mindset will grow.
